Because we have 4,000+ postings, I’ve invited her to continue posting entries on this blog.
I’m currently in my 22nd year of full-time RVing and my lifestyle is changing, For more info click Here

The motorhome is parked at VFW Post #9650 in Anderson, California. I’ll depart here later this morning.

Yesterday was Memorial Day and I attended a very moving one-hour long service at the Anderson Cemetery.

According to Wikipedia, Anderson has a population of approximately 10,000 people. It saddened me to see that only about 125 people attended this beautiful one-hour ceremony.

Thank you VFW Post #9650 for allowing me to spend the Memorial Day weekend and for being one of the friendliest VFW Post in the United States!

I HOPE YOU ENJOYED THE PHOTOS.

Yesterday was sunny and 95 degrees. Forecast for today’s expected destination with an elevation gain of 3,000 feet is sunny and 77 degrees.

Enjoying nice weather is another joy in the life of a full-time RVer!

Pensacola Historical Museum

Jim says: As you might imagine, Pensacola, Florida being a major seaport on the Gulf of Mexico has an interesting and colorful history. It’s known as the City of Five Flags. Since its founding in 1523, the flags of Spain, France, Great Britain, The Confederacy and The United States have flown over it. Old Hickory” Andrew Jackson accepted Pensacola from Spain on February 22, 1820.

Yesterday I spent an enjoyable hour in this smaller, but very well done museum.

Like most seapots, Pensacola had a Red Light District.
