Chicot State Park, Louisiana – Day 1

Yesterday we drove the motorhome the about 45 miles from Iota to Chicot State Park near Ville Platte, Louisiana. We are scheduled to depart here on Friday.

Built in 1939, at 6,400 acres with 198 campsites, it’s Louisiana’s largest state park. You can read about Chicot State Park, Louisiana by clicking this Wikipedia link…
