I’m currently in my 24th year of full-time RVing and my lifestyle is changing, For more info click here

The motorhome is parked at Thousand Trails RV Resort in La Conner, Washington. I’ll depart here September 3rd.

Back on May 26th of this year, I published a blog indicating that RVing life was changing… and not for the good.

In closing that blog entry, I indicated “And with these changes, I see more changes coming in to my personal RVing life. I’ll be providing more information in future blogs. Till then…”

The time has finally come to speak of some of the things that are changing.

If you are a long-time follower of my blogs, you know that my norm since Mary stopped traveling with me in 2014 has been to winter in the desert southwest and summer in the northwest. I usually depart the State of Washington around October 1st… typically when the rainy season begins.

My current schedule date to depart Washington this year is September 21st. Hmmmm… wonder what’s up? My norm is also to arrive in Palm Desert, California in very early December. My current scheduled arrival date this year in southern California (not Palm Desert) is October 14th. Hmmmm… that’s really different. Wonder what’s up?

Well, all I’m going to say at this time is that something is different this year. Rather than disclose what’s going on, I’ll simply say… it should prove to be really interesting.  🙂

I’ve decided to let the suspense build by withholding any further info at this point. More info will be coming in the near future…  🙂

Okay… here’s a couple of clues. Google Earth is telling me it’s 1,389 miles to my mystery destination location. According to my weather info it was 112 degrees yesterday. More clues soon.  🙂

Today I’ll leave you with a photo identifying my current location where it was 72 degrees yesterday.

Enjoying 65-75 degree temperatures with low humidity most of the year is a primary joy in the RVing lifestyle!

Hi Sue, Nice to hear from you again. Unfortunately life isn’t always fair. 🙂
The BIG news won’t be disclosed until mid-October. But there will be more clues along the way.
A little drama spices up life and this is good drama. How’s that for another clue? 🙂
      More soon…
      Jim
