Glacier National Park, Montana – Day 2 (GA611)

Mary is no longer available for RV traveling, but we remain good friends.
Because we have 5,000+ postings, I’ve invited her to continue posting entries on this blog.
Sadly Mary is struggling with health issues. To see the latest about her situation, click here

I’m currently in my 24th year of full-time RVing and my lifestyle is changing, For more info click here

The motorhome is parked at Mary’s home in Murphys, California. I’m planning to depart here Monday.

Since my RVing life is changing (see above), I’m starting to re-visit previously visited places. So rather than constantly re-blogging past entries, I’ve decided to do something different.

This entry was posted September 15, 2013…

The motorhome is parked in the Apgar Campground of Glacier National Park near West Glacier, Montana.

Yesterday Mary and I drove the Bronco along 42 miles of the Going To The Sun Road in Glacier National Park including going over Logan Pass which is at 6,649 feet elevation. It was a cloudy with some sun kind of day. It was also quite hazy which did not help our photographic efforts. You can read all about this road by clicking this Wikipedia link… http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Going-to-the-Sun_Road

Here are some of the photos that I took yesterday…
