My New Computer Finally Arrives…

Mary is no longer available for RV traveling, but we remain good friends.
Because we have 4,000+ postings, I’ve invited her to continue posting entries on this blog.
I’m currently in my 22nd year of full-time RVing and my lifestyle is changing, For more info click Here

The motorhome is parked at Thousand Trails Thunderbird RV Resort along the bank of the Skykomish River in Monroe, Washington. I’ll depart here July 5th.

My new computer finally arrived yesterday. For those of you who care about such info, it is an Asus and comes with the latest Intel I-7 cpu, 7th generation, 960mx graphics card, 1088 hd 15.6″ screen and 256 gb solid state hard drive. This brand and features were all recommended by my computer guru, Kenny Coleman.

For the real geeks in the crowd, the complete tech specs can be seen by clicking this link…

And here is the unit sitting on my dinette table…

Since it arrived so late (almost 8pm), I elected not to turn it on. After I complete my regular morning activities plus today is laundry day, I’ll power the startup process.

I’ve recently been watching lots of YouTube videos relating to startup involving removing bloatware, transferring files from my old computer, personalization, etc…

I’m expecting the process to take a couple of days. Such is life and fortunately I have the time.  🙂

I HOPE YOU ENJOYED THE PHOTOS.

Yesterday was partly sunny and 68 degrees. Forecast for today is partly sunny and 77 degrees.

Enjoying nice weather is another joy in the life of a full-time RVer!

The red dot on the below map shows my approximate location in the State of Washington. You may double left-click the map to make it larger…

Enjoying 65-75 degree temperatures with low humidity most of the year is a primary joy in the RVing lifestyle!
