Newport To Seaside, Orgeon

Mary is no longer available for RV traveling, but we remain good friends.
Because we have 4,000+ postings, I’ve invited her to continue posting entries on this blog.

Yesterday I drove the motorhome the 125 miles from Newport to Seaside, Oregon. U.S Highway 101 along the coast is an old highway with lots of hills, curves and small towns….so a lot of slow going. I’ll depart here June 15th.

Here are some photos I took along the way…

Yesterday was cloudy and 61 degrees. Forecast for today is cloudy and 58 degrees.

Enjoying nice weather is another joy in the life of a full-time RVer!

Enjoying 65-75 degree temperatures with low humidity most of the year is a primary joy in the RVing lifestyle!

Thanks for your comment. I’ve traveled extensively in Canada. Last time I spent the summer on Vancouver Island in 2003. Pretty country…substantially more expensive than the U.S. Horrible border crossings keeps me from going again. My friends just had the Border Crossing From Hell a few days ago. You can read all about it by clicking this link…http://parkerrver.blogspot.com/2016/05/crossing-border-to-hell.html

Congratulations on finally getting on the road and travel safe. At the bottom of my blog is a link to more than 600 photo albums. Travel safe! Jim
