Mary is no longer available for RV traveling, but we remain good friends.
Because we have 4,000+ postings, I’ve invited her to continue posting entries on this blog.
The motorhome is parked at Mary’s home in Murphys, California. While here I’ll perform routine maintenance and cleaning of both the motorhome and Bronco.
I’m not sure how long I’ll be here. Mary just found out that she will be having surgery on her right shoulder on April 15th. I’ll want to assist her during recovery however I can.
I assisted her with her left shoulder surgery in 2009. Whenever it’s convenient and I know that she is comfortable after her surgery, I’ll make my future travel plans at that time.
In case you were wondering…why Mary is no longer available to travel with me…I thought I would show you…
Mary has an abundance of items on her plate dealing with her rental properties, home maintenance, health, family and other side issues. She receives dozens of emails a day in addition to regular mail that requires her attentions.
Since I’ve known her, I’ve convinced her about the wisdom of working with a daily priority list…which she does most of the time. Despite that, she remains overwhelmed with her work load. She makes me really appreciate ridding my life of all those nuisances more than 20 years ago. Compared to Mary…my life is really simplified.
My good friend Aaron who passed away in 2012…use to say to me…
“You really piss me off…you have your life so simplified!”
Anyways, I thought I’d show you her main office where you can see most of her open working files. She’s doing better…in the past many files were scattered all around on the carpeting…
As always you may left click upon an image to see an enlarged view and then click once again to see an even larger view…
Her dining room table serves as her additional work area…
Again, she’s doing a little better…in the past the distant counter-top was covered with open files… 🙂
Unfortunately…all these items requires her specific attention. I help out where I can…mostly computer and technically related things. I’ll be here to assist her physically during her upcoming shoulder surgery recovery process.
I hope you enjoyed the photos.
Enjoying 65-75 degree temperatures with low humidity most of the year is a primary joy in the RVing lifestyle!

My current travel rig is a 2006 Fleetwood 26′ Class A Motorhome and a towed 1986 Ford Bronco II, Eddie Bauer Model. This photo was taken in the desert at Slab City near Niland, California…
