The motorhome is parked at Thousand Trails RV Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada. My scheduled departure date is Friday, February 13th.
Mary continues to be overwhelmed with personal business. I am now not expecting to see her again until I arrive at her home in Murphys, California about the third week in April. It’s just the way things are and we just have to deal with it.
In yesterday’s Blog I described my arrival in Las Vegas, Nevada. I’ve been here several times before. Yesterday my only son Jim arrived. Over the last 30 years he’s been here about 20 times to attend the annual World Of Concrete Convention. He was a featured speaker for a number of those years.
I met him at the airport and drove him to his hotel near the convention center…
As always you may left click upon an image to see an enlarged view and then click once again to see an even larger view…
He’s on the tenth floor of the Westgate Hotel. I’ll join him and his friends today to watch the Super Bowl…
On Thursday I’ll drive him back to the airport for his return trip back to his home in Connecticut.
Here are some photos I took through a somewhat dirty (outside) window from his room…
I last saw my son in August, 2013 when Mary and I were in the motorhome in Connecticut. It’s really nice to see him again and spend a little time with him. 🙂
