Night Lights At Thousand Trails RV Resort – Palm Desert, California

We are parked at Thousand Trails RV Resort of which we are members. It’s about 20 miles east of Palm Springs, California. We will depart from here on February 19th. The resort is set on 25 acres and has 805 tall date palm trees.

Yesterday evening was delightful as a warm summer evening. It was 73 degrees when we left the motorhome at 7:15 PM for a 45 minute stroll around the resort to take photos with available light. Normally using a tripod is recommended for night-time photography, but these are all hand-held. Some will appear to be abstract in nature, which is the way I intended them. You do not have to know what the subject is to enjoy the patterns, forms, shapes and colors…
