Palm Springs, California Aerial Tramway

We are parked at Thousand Trails RV Resort of which we are members. It’s about 20 miles east of Palm Springs, California. We will depart from here on February 19th. The resort is set on 25 acres and has 805 tall date palm trees.

Yesterday, Mary and her friends Pat and Bruce who are visiting us from the San Diego area and I drove the about 20 miles to ride the tramway. It rises 2.5 miles in 10 minutes and we were told is the second steepest in the world. The temperature on the valley floor was 88 degrees and 56 atop the mountain. Here are three of the photos that I took…
