The motorhome is still parked at Heron Lake State Park about 20 miles south of Chama, New Mexico while I am recovering from my May 27th accident. To read about my recovery status, click this link… https://otrwjam.wordpress.com/medical-condition-status-page/
A few days back I drove the Bronco over to the south (bottom) to neighboring (lower left) El Vado Lake. My current campsite is shown by the “X”.
Ib the past few days, I’ve shown photos from nearby El Vado Lake. Today I’ll conclude from El Vado Lake with this series of a kyacker…
Here are some photos that I took…

Hi Jim – these pics are (as always) beautiful! The pics of that lake reminded me of Pass Lake out by Deception Pass. Joel and I (and our new doggy Chewy) spent the afternoon out there yesterday after a real heat wave hit Anacortes. It was in the 90’s and unbearable. It was nice and shady with a cool breeze and a few kayaks on the water. It was our only relief! Very unusual for Anacortes, wouldn’t you agree? Glad you’re feeling better each day. When’s Mary coming back? See ya! Bev
Thanks for the comments about the pics. Yup, 90’s is hot up in Anacortes. Hope to get Mary back by the beginning of September.
