Yesterday Mary and I drove the motorhome about 135 miles to arrive safely at Soledad Canyon Thousand Trails RV Resort at Acton, California.
In this photo we are on California Highway 138 in the high desert at about elevation 3,500 feet…
The resort is located about 50 miles north of Los Angeles, California. Just as close as I ever care to get to Los Angeles again…thank you very much!
Where we just left…Thousand Palms, California (elevation 13) the forecast high for yesterday was 83 degrees. It was 65 here in Acton (elevation 2,600) yesterday afternoon…delightful!
We expect to leave here Monday morning and go to Bakersfield, California.
